Posting credits

Unused posting credits may be refunded within 30 days of purchase when requested through support. Credits already consumed by publishing a listing are generally not refundable, except where required by law or where a technical error caused the charge.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access remains available through the current paid period. If a subscription renewal was erroneous or materially unusable because of a service outage, contact support promptly for review.

How to request help

Include the account email, Stripe receipt or payment date, and the reason for the request. We review requests individually and process approved refunds through the original payment method. Stripe and card-issuer processing times may apply.

Marketplace transactions

We do not process or guarantee the exchange of money or goods between marketplace users. Disputes about an item or meetup are between the buyer and seller, although you should report suspected fraud or unsafe behavior to moderators.
